I have had the joy of working at the Church Administrator at Simpson Church for the past 8 years!

I was born and raised here in Evansville on the west side!  I have been married to my wonderful husband Richard for 34 years. We have three grown married children Matthew (32), Emily (30) and Andrew (27). We have been blessed with six beautiful grandchildren Brooklynn (10), Brennon (10), Taylor Mae (8), Mackenzie (7). Payton (4), and Adeline (1).

I am so excited to be a part of the ministry here at Simpson and can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for us!

I am so many things to so many people...woman, daughter, sister, wife, mother, friend and last but not least a Christian. I am an on the go kind of person and love having a project to work on and another waiting in the wings. I have a genuine love of people and their stories. We all need to be heard, appreciated and loved. My family and my faith are of utmost importance to me.

Having been raised  a preacher's kid I don't know that I imagined growing up and working for the United Methodist Church. Here I am though, blessed to be the Director of Community and Family Ministry at Simpson UMC. Having a job that inspires and amazes me on a daily bases is fantastic! I feel that blessings abound in my life.

I have a wonderful husband named Jonathon and together we are raising two beautiful children, Orren (8) and Dezzi (3). We live a quiet life in the country on our tiny farm with our three dogs, two cats and nine chickens.

Simpson is an amazing church, with amazing people and involved in amazing missions.  I can hardly believe that I'm privileged to be on staff at this church.

I’ve been in Evansville since 1987, coming here after high school to attend the University of Evansville.  I grew up in rural central IL, born and raised in a small Methodist church there.

I’ve been attending Simpson since the early 2000’s.  I grew up singing and listening to hymns and Gaither-style music, but took an interest in contemporary Christian music shortly after coming to Simpson and have been hooked on it ever since.  I took up guitar about 12 years ago and have been involved with singing/leading praise music since then.  In addition to leading the praise band at Simpson the past 7 years, I’ve also participated in several Tres Dias and Kairos weekends.  I enjoy all types of music.

I’ve been married to my wife Toni since 1990, and we have two beautiful daughters, Mackenzie and Kaleigh.  I work as a consultant in the credit union industry, focusing on debit and credit card products.  In my free time, I enjoy golfing, bowling and playing pickleball, and I’m an avid, life-long fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.

I am a lifelong native of Evansville's far west side. I have attended Simpson Church for 20 years, & been part of the music team for ~12 years. In addition to being on staff at Simpson I work part time as a PACU RN. I have been married to my husband, David, for 25 years. We are blessed with 3 children; 2 sons who are in their freshman & senior years of college, & 1 daughter who is a junior in high school. I think being a wife & mom is my greatest accomplishment in life; family brings me such joy!

Anyone who knows me would confirm that I have a passion for music, especially Contemporary Christian music. I feel honored and blessed to have a "job" here at Simpson that I truly love!  It is great to have both traditional & contemporary services, so there is a lot of variety of music to play! I also enjoy singing in the choir & praise band. The camaraderie of the music/worship team makes every Sunday something to look forward to!

A phrase from my favorite song sums up my spiritual journey...May the words I say, & things I do bring a smile to you, God...Let my Lifesong sing to You.

I welcome you to come visit us at Simpson. We would love to be your church "home!"
